Mid-Level Complex Commercial Litigation Associate (CA / WA)

Job Summary

Kilpatrick is seeking an associate with at least 4+ years of commercial litigation experience and/or judicial clerkship experience to be based in our Seattle office or Bay Area offices; San Francisco or Menlo Park. 

Candidate must have strong research and writing skills. Excellent law school credentials, including law review, preferred. Former judicial clerks preferred. Excellent oral and written communications skills and attention to detail required. Strong interpersonal skills highly valued.

Expected salary: $260,000 - $320,000
