The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless order experience from entry to delivery. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, providing timely updates, handling returns and supporting customers, sales and sales support representatives.Ā The CSR acts as a dedicated advocate for the customer by partnering closely with Operations and Quality to resolve issues, improve service levels and enhance overall customer satisfaction.This position reports to a Customer Service Supervisor. This role is onsite until you are up to speed and then transitions to a hybrid schedule Ā (2 days remote / 3 days in office).Ā This position is based in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Primary Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesĀ
Ā
Professionally and expeditiously respond to customer inquiriesĀ regardingĀ product and order information,Ā pricingĀ and website/webĀ toolsĀ assistance.āÆorderĀ information,Ā pricingĀ and website/web toolsĀ assistance.Ā
ApplyĀ a high level of knowledge and judgment in resolving service, warranty or technical problemsĀ thatĀ areĀ within established limits of authority and knowledge.Ā
Process incomingĀ andĀ replacement orders,Ā requests for credit memos, returns and invoices within corporate guidelines.Ā
ProcessĀ orderĀ expediteĀ requests from sales representatives and customers.Ā
Work closely with production teams to meet customer deadlines.Ā
Execute order changes, partial shipmentĀ requestsĀ andĀ cancellation requests.Ā
AssistĀ with tracking shipments and providingĀ freight-relatedĀ information to customers.Ā
Promote customer service excellence and positivity throughout theĀ organization.Ā
Continuously evaluate,Ā identifyĀ and lead process improvements that positivelyĀ impactĀ customer experience.Ā
Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned byĀ Customer Service leadershipĀ or Company management.Ā

RequiredĀ QualificationsĀ
Ā
High school diploma orĀ equivalency.Ā
3+Ā yearsĀ ofĀ experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.āÆĀ Ā
2+ yearsĀ ofĀ Ā experienceĀ working in or supporting a manufacturing environment.Ā
Intermediate knowledgeĀ of Microsoft Office.Ā Ā
Familiarity navigatingĀ the internet and workingĀ with informationĀ on websites.Ā Ā
āÆPolished phone etiquetteĀ Ā
Understanding ofĀ and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.Ā

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You willĀ be requiredĀ to work in theĀ Menomonee FallsĀ officeĀ 5 days/week until you are up to speed in theĀ role;Ā thenĀ onsiteĀ at theĀ officeĀ three days perĀ weekĀ with two days per weekĀ remote.Ā
