We are growing and need an experienced candidate to help develop our electrical division. This individual will have an entrepreneurial spirit and have a passion for training and developing staff to build this department. Our Electrician will assist our HVAC installers with residential change outs, remodels, generator installs, EV Chargers, and work with our service staff with electrical upgrades for our residential and business clients.

Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p with some overtime, evenings, and weekends.

Pay Scale: $30-50 hour DOE – Sign On Bonus Available- Up to $5,000 based on qualifications

Qualification Requirements:

Journeyman Electrician license in WI preferred
4+ years' experience
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
Excellent customer relation skill
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Detail oriented, organized, results driven individual
Self Driven
Time management skills
