Pay: $15.00 per hour + bonus opportunities
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Reports To: Call Center Manager
Position Summary: Contact current & past customers by phone to remind them of their Equipment Maintenance each month and to schedule that appointment. You would be attempting to reach up to 160 customers per day via our automated system.

Required Qualifications:
Professional phone etiquette
Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening
NOT a technical role
Organized with attention to detail
Comfortable learning new software & operating multiple applications simultaneously
Appointment setting experience helpful
HVAC experience NOT necessary
High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Normal Office environment, with normal temperature exposure and lighting.
Use of all 5 senses, including close vision, distance vision
Ability to work in a shared office, in a sitting position in front of a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day.
