Our HVAC LeadInstallers are responsible for leading residential HVAC installationprojects, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining jobsite standards, andproviding an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be expected to bringstrong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail whileworking alongside and mentoring other team members. PrimaryResponsibilities Include:

Take ownership of HVAC installation projects and make sure each system isset up correctly and performs as expected.
Build a positive customer experience by communicating clearly, workingprofessionally, and treating each home with care.
Work alongside newer installers, providing hands-on direction and helpingthem develop their skills on the job.
Identify installation or equipment concerns and take the appropriatesteps to get them resolved.
Complete all work according to manufacturer requirements, safetypractices, and applicable building and electrical codes.

Successful CandidateMust Have:

5+ years of HVAC installation experience
EPA Type II Certification
Experience with sheet metal fabrication
Strong hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC installations
Valid Driver’s License
