We are seeking a full-time Parts Manager who is dependable, efficient, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. This role is critical to keeping our repair process running smoothly by ensuring accurate parts ordering, organization, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

路 Purchase parts for all vehicle repairs in the most cost-effective manner while ensuring high-quality parts and meeting insurance requirements

路 Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and perform mirror-matching with original vehicle parts

路 Organize and stage parts by repair order to ensure efficient workflow for technicians

路 Process returns for damaged, incorrect, or unneeded parts in a timely manner

路 Utilize multiple parts purchasing systems and vendor platforms to verify pricing and availability

路 Review and understand written estimates and work orders, updating them as part prices or repair requirements change

路 Maintain organized parts storage and inventory tracking

路 Communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, and office staff

路 Help maintain efficient production flow within the collision repair process

路 Previous automotive or collision center parts experience preferred

路 Strong organizational and time management skills

路 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

路 Strong attention to detail and accuracy

路 Experience using parts ordering systems and estimating software is a plus

路 Basic computer proficiency

路 Ability to lift and move automotive parts when necessary

路 Excellent communication and teamwork skills
