Lead Our Production Team. Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience.

Wisconsin Home Improvement and Wisconsin Insulation Services have been helping homeowners improve the comfort and efficiency of their homes for decades. We're looking for an organized, hands-on Production Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, leading people, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This isn't a desk-only position. You'll spend time in the office, warehouse, and out in the field making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the production schedule to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Visit active job sites to ensure projects are progressing safely, on schedule, and to company standards.
  • Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects to manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with builders, remodelers, and other trade partners throughout the construction process.
  • Support installation crews by troubleshooting field issues and helping find solutions.
  • Monitor job progress and proactively address scheduling conflicts or production challenges.
  • Ensure crews have the materials, equipment, and information needed before each job begins.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and verify inventory levels to ensure materials are in stock for upcoming projects.
  • Work closely with sales, office staff, and field crews to provide seamless communication throughout every project.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and follow up on any outstanding customer concerns.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
What We're Looking For

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
  • Experience coordinating schedules and managing production operations.
  • Comfortable working both in an office and in the field.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
  • Proficient with computers and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Construction, remodeling, or home services experience is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
