Job Summary

Our Menomonee Falls, WI location is now hiring a Shipping Clerk 2. This role will receive, ship, identify, and verify complete transactions to process inventory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate all necessary equipment including but not limited to sit down forklift truck, pallet hand truck, digital scale, desktop and computer/printer.
  • Packing product by following a procedure. 
  • Process shipments via UPS Worldship and Fed Ex Ship Manager.
  • Receive PO/RMA/GFE material via MRP system and E-quip.
  • Uncrate large product then placing product on pallets using a crane.
  • Receive workflow and verify against PO the invoice quantity.
  • Perform other duties and assist in projects as directed by supervision.
  • Be willing to train to use hand tools like drills, hammer and crowbar to uncrate and crate product.
  • Ability to assist in creation and assembly of wood crates with supervision.
  • Train and/or assist other employees as required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in inventory, warehousing, receiving, and shipping as well.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and comfortable using computers in daily responsibilities.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift. 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while dealing with a high level of repetitiveness.
  • Responsible for employee compliance to safety requirements daily.
  • Supportive and active participation in continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Exhibit positive attitude and professional demeanor.

 

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee requires normal manual dexterity, speech and hearing. Specific vision abilities required by this job require frequent use of a computer monitor.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day
  • Walking, lifting, bending, stooping and kneeling
