Your Role on Our Team:Ā Ā 

We are looking for an Engineering Technician passionate aboutĀ product development, qualityĀ controlĀ and reliability, and being hands-on.Ā A typical Engineering Technician is responsible forĀ supporting test developmentĀ and executionĀ whileĀ maintainingĀ aĀ clean and safe work environment.Ā 

Ā 

You’llĀ be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:  

  • Conduct safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulationsĀ 

  • Exercise responsibility for thoroughness, timeliness and accuracy of work performedĀ 

  • SupportĀ New Product Development – Quality & ReliabilityĀ teams through testĀ execution, documentation,Ā andĀ data analysisĀ 

  • Maintain agility and support multiple requests within designated projects whileĀ maintainingĀ priority organization and efficiencyĀ 

  • Follow work instructions and test fixture proceduresĀ 

  • Prepare efficient test procedures from test specificationsĀ 

  • Perform hands-on testing using a variety of electrical and mechanical test equipment and techniquesĀ 

  • Prepare reportsĀ utilizingĀ Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, databases,Ā spreadsheetsĀ and statistical / graphical softwareĀ 

  • Participate in the improvement and development of testing, equipment, and documentsĀ 

  • Maintain test procedures and equipment according to departmental proceduresĀ 

  • SupportĀ theĀ purchase, transfer, and shipping of equipment and materialsĀ 

  • Contribute to organizational goals andĀ objectivesĀ

The TOOLSĀ you’llĀ bring with you:Ā 

  • Requires an education equivalent to a technicalĀ Associate DegreeĀ 

  • Excellent organization & communication skillsĀ 

  • Experience with test equipment, test procedures and methods,Ā technical writing,Ā mechanical/electrical principlesĀ 

  • HighĀ proficiencyĀ of Computer Skills and Microsoft Office productsĀ 

  • Knowledge of test concepts in the design and development of products and components.Ā 

Ā 

OtherĀ TOOLSĀ we prefer you to have:Ā 

  • Experience working with product development or designĀ 

  • Experience working with data acquisition and test instrumentationĀ 

  • Experience with technical writingĀ
