Maintenance Technician Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled technician to join our team and contribute to maintaining and improving our electrical systems and production machinery. As an Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and keeping everything operational for second shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical maintenance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and wiring.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Perform electrical maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions and failures.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical systems and related equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues timely.
