What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for municipal projects
- Strategize, scope, and budget projects; manage schedules and budgets
- Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants
- Prepare proposals and attend public meetings
- Evaluate staff performance and establish QA/QC procedures to ensure technical excellence
What You Bring
- Ohio Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred)
- BS in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- 4+ years’ relevant experience
- Exceptional business and client service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Collaborative, self-starting attitude
- Experience in planning, funding, design, and construction management for municipal infrastructure
Salary Range:
The starting salary for this position is $90,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
