Janitor (3rd shift)

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components.   

JOB SUMMARY:

The janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. They will spend time in the office and on the plant floor sweeping, mopping and changing trash.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all trash is emptied on a daily basis.
• Ensure all floors and common areas are swept and mopped.
• Ensure all windows are kept clean.
• Ensure all restrooms are clean and report any items that need repaired to supervisor.
• Accurately complete and submit paperwork for correct inventory control.
• Report all unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Work with building maintenance personal when needed.
• Meet or exceed attendance, and all other policies as stated in the Race Winning Brands handbook.
• Maintain outside building grounds by keeping trash and cigarette butts picked up. 
• Other duties as assigned   

Requirements

•  High school diploma, technical school preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in similar role

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
• Personal protective equipment is required including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
