How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver compassionate personal care by assisting patients with daily living activities to enhance their comfort, dignity, and overall healing experience.

• Support safe patient movement by guiding individuals during admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure a seamless and reassuring care transition.

• Protect patient well-being by promptly observing and communicating changes in physical, mental, or emotional states to the nursing team for rapid care adjustments.

• Maintain precise health records by documenting essential patient observations and care activities to safeguard continuity and quality of care.

• Ensure a safe, clean environment by sanitizing patient rooms and maintaining medical equipment to uphold rigorous infection control and safety standards.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
