Senior Accountant

Job Summary
The Senior Accountant provides leadership within the accounting function and ensures the integrity of ISCorp’s financial records. This role drives complex accounting activities and supports strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close processes and timelines
- Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Own balance sheet integrity and account structure
- Lead audit preparation and external auditor coordination
- Drive accounting process optimization and automation
- Support NetSuite optimization and system enhancements
- Mentor and develop accounting staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel and ERP expertise
- Experience supporting audits and internal controls
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
- Microsoft GP (current)
- NetSuite (future state)
- Microsoft Excel
