Program Structure:
- Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.
- Location: Mequon, WI
- Hybrid flexibility: 3 days a week in office, 2 days remote
- Start Date: May 2026
What you'll need:
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPointÂ
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skillsÂ
- Planning and organizational skillsÂ
- Ability to succeed in a team environmentÂ
- Ability to handle multiple tasksÂ

What you'll do:
Monitor server health and performance
Check system alerts, logs, disk usage, CPU/memory utilization
Escalate issues to senior engineers when thresholds are exceeded
Assist with server maintenance
Apply patches and updates (Windows/Linux)
Reboot servers during maintenance windows
Verify backups completed successfully
Help manage Active Directory accounts (creates, disables, group membership)
Assist with permissions for file shares and applications
Update server inventories and configuration documentation
Document troubleshooting steps and procedures
Assist with troubleshooting server-related tickets
Perform basic root-cause analysis with guidance
