About the Role
As a Welder at Super Steel, you’ll perform high‑quality welds on a variety of projects requiring accuracy, repeatability, and attention to detail. You’ll work with a supportive team in a clean, safety‑focused environment with opportunities to grow your skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • MIG, TIG, and Arc Welding — Perform high‑quality welds using multiple techniques
  • Blueprint Interpretation — Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
  • Quality Inspection — Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with industry and company standards
  • Equipment Maintenance — Maintain welding tools and equipment; perform minor repairs as needed
  • Team Collaboration — Work closely with team members to meet production goals
  • Safety Compliance — Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  • Training Support — Assist in training junior welders and apprentices as needed


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; welding apprenticeship preferred
  • Proven welding experience with a strong portfolio
  • Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) a plus
  • Familiarity with welding tools, machinery, and safety practices
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
