â What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes on established routes
- Serve recurring weekly and biweekly customers who request your services
- Follow our proven, step-by-step Two Maids cleaning system
- Maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction ratings
- Represent our brand with professionalism, care, and a heart to serve
â What Weâre Looking For
- No cleaning experience or college degree required. Training is provided.
â You Must Be
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Available MondayâFriday. Full-time availability is required. As a new location, weekly hours may vary during our ramp-up period, but we work hard to build your schedule quickly.
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs and complete 3â4 homes per day.
- Comfortable with physical, high-energy work (bending, kneeling, lifting).
- A safe driver with your own reliable vehicle, valid driverâs license, and insurance.
- Someone who loves learningâour training program will teach you how to become a top-requested professional cleaner.
