Minimum Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the veterinary field.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Gather and send patient records to and from their regular veterinarian.
- Collect payment/ close invoices
- Check clients in and out of our PIMS system
- Communicate what is on the way to the floor staff
Skills:
