Join our growing aerospace team as an Aerospace Deburr & Polisher. In this role, you'll help produce precision aerospace components by performing deburring, polishing, and finishing operations that ensure parts meet strict quality and customer requirements. Whether you have experience in deburring, assembly, metal finishing, polishing, part marking, or a similar manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deburr, polish, and hand-finish aerospace components to blueprint and specification requirements
- Operate hand, electric, and pneumatic tools, including grinders and orbital sanders
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
- Inspect precision parts for quality, finish, and workmanship
- Perform touch-up and rework as needed
- Complete production paperwork and enter data accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work closely with team members to meet production and quality goals
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in deburring, assembly, polishing, Helicoil installation, part marking, ink stamping, or related manufacturing work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Experience using hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
- Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace manufacturing, CNC machining, or precision metal finishing
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Knowledge of aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, or other aerospace materials
