As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Meliora, you’ll lead the design and delivery of behavior support that helps students build meaningful skills and return to their communities with confidence. You will partner with educators, clinicians, and families to create consistent, evidence-based programs that meet each learner where they are and move them forward.

In this role, you will blend clinical expertise with hands-on coaching. You will guide staff, support families, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure every student receives thoughtful, individualized care. Your work will directly shape student outcomes, strengthen team practice, and support successful reintegration to home districts.

What You'll Need

  • Master's degree in a related field and active BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam

  • Demonstrated experience in applied behavior analysis and evidence-based autism interventions

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate behavioral principles for varied audiences

  • Experience supervising RBTs or ABA staff and supporting credentialing and competency assessments

  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 60 pounds and maintaining required safety certifications

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Provide clinical supervision and ongoing training to RBTs, ABA instructors, and interns

  • Collaborate with teachers and leadership to design instructional and behavioral programs

  • Analyze and present data to guide decisions, monitor fidelity, and report student progress

  • Partner with families and districts through home visits and consultation to support reintergration
