Job Summary
The Escrow Specialist – Intern will assist in all aspects of the escrow account including tax, insurance, escrow analysis, and escrow account maintenance in the servicing system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with general data entry.
- Assists with administrative support and research of special projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned, including supporting escrow account management, processing tax and insurance payments, discrepancies and maintaining accurate documentation.

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work as a self-starter
- Detail oriented; ability to execute accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
- Possesses strong mathematical skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows applications
