Pay: Based on experience and required licenses
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team. This role combines consultative sales, creative design, and project coordination to deliver high-quality kitchen and bath solutions for our customers.
You will guide customers from initial consultation through project completion, ensuring a seamless experience while driving sales and building long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct consultative sales appointments to understand customer needs, budgets, and timelines
- Measure job sites and develop accurate kitchen and bath designs
- Create presentations, proposals, quotes, and design renderings
- Use 2020 Technologies (or similar software) to produce detailed layouts
- Develop accurate estimates and manage pricing and margins
- Place vendor orders and manage special orders according to company procedures
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and installers throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to ensure successful completion
- Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Prospect for new business and meet or exceed sales goals
What You Bring
- Strong consultative sales and customer service skills
- Experience with kitchen and bath design (preferred)
- Proficiency with 2020 Technologies or similar design software
- Ability to read plans, take measurements, and create accurate layouts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Effective communication skills

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in kitchen and bath design necessary
- Experience in building materials, construction, or home improvement industry
- Familiarity with estimating, pricing, and margin management
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
- Ability to visit job sites and take measurements
- Occasional lifting and handling of samples or materials
