Job Summary
The Payoff Specialist - Intern is responsible for assisting in the timely and accurate processing of all payoffs, quotes, processing funds and completing the necessary administrative duties to obtain a discharge/release of mortgage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with administrative support and research of special projects.
- Assists with general data entry.
- Performs other duties as assigned relating to payoff requests, quotes, process, etc.

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Functional/Technical Skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Effectively manages time and meets deadlines
- Possesses strong mathematical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows applications
