You’ll follow approved recipes, uphold food safety standards, and work closely with your teammates to keep production flowing and the Grab & Go cases full. What You’ll Do Prepare and cook food according to Co-op recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation. Plan and manage daily production based on forecasted sales and department needs. Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and health regulations. Keep Grab & Go stations clean, stocked, and ready for customers. Communicate clearly with leads and team members to coordinate production and orders. Reduce food waste through portion control and careful inventory management. Assist with prep, setup, and ingredient organization for daily operations. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while keeping a positive, team-focused attitude. Troubleshoot and resolve minor production or workflow issues efficiently. What We’re Looking For Team player with a positive attitude and passion for good food Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen Clear communicator who collaborates well with others Ability to follow directions and execute recipes with consistency Basic knowledge of food safety and handling practices Organized, dependable, and focused on quality and efficiency Education & Experience Previous kitchen or food service experience required High school diploma or equivalent required ServSafe certification required Knowledge of knife safety and food handling protocols Physical Demands & Working Environment This role keeps you active! You’ll be on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching, bending, and using step stools or ladders as needed.
