Responsibilities

• Perform residential pest control services and inspections
• Identify pest activity and recommend appropriate treatment solutions
• Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records using company software
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
• Manage a service route efficiently and professionally
• Represent the Candor brand with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional pest control experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain Idaho licensing requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage a route
• Ability to pass a background check
