The ideal candidate will be pivotal in various HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment assistance, and more.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities

• Benefit administration assistance
• Manages and updates employment information within multiple databases
• Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• Periodic accounting duties
• Responds to various employment agencies on behalf of the HR Department
• Participates in other HR-related projects and performs administrative duties as needed

• Minimum of 2 + years experience in an HR-related position

• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Strong critical thinker and problem solver
• QuickBooks experience preferred
