What You’ll Do

Assist lead installers with in-home countertop installations
Remove existing countertops and assist with basic plumbing disconnects (when needed)
Safely carry and position stone materials (team lift required)
Interact professionally with customers on job sites
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job site cleanliness
Run occasional job site errands (materials, tools, etc.)
Support the team with additional tasks as needed

✅ What You Bring

No experience required – we’ll train the right person
Construction or installation experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic math and measurement skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
Good communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 100–200 lbs (team lift)
Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling
Comfortable working in customers’ homes and job sites
Willingness to travel locally (occasional out-of-town travel)
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
