Our Organization

We are a leading provider of senior healthcare services, specializing in post-acute care. We offer services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer's and dementia care.

Role Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician helps keep our Meridian facility safe, comfortable, and in good working order so residents and staff can focus on care. This full-time, onsite role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance needs with nursing and other departments; completing routine repairs and preventative maintenance; supporting refurbishing projects; maintaining grounds and common areas; monitoring and servicing building systems and equipment; and assisting with safety inspections, tests, and drills while suggesting practical process improvements.

Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in building trades/maintenance preferred
- Working knowledge of tools and maintenance-related software
- Preferred experience: HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

A Typical Shift

You’ll start by reviewing work requests and prioritizing tasks that affect resident comfort and safety. Throughout the day, you move between resident areas, mechanical spaces, and outdoor grounds, documenting completed work and communicating updates with the team. You’ll balance scheduled upkeep with urgent calls, keep an organized inventory of tools and supplies, and close out the day by confirming follow-ups and preparing for the next morning’s needs.
