- Per Diem: $300 weekly (non-taxed) to optimize your net income.
- Additional Compensation: $40 for each tarped load, $16 hourly for detention (after hour 2), and $50 for layovers (after 24 hours).

- Safety Record: No Clearinghouse violations and no DUI/DWI convictions within the previous five years.
- Screening: Must successfully complete a pre-employment urine drug analysis.
