We’re hiring a motivated Entry-Level Business Associate to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, fundraising, event coordination, and leadership.

You’ll represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing campaigns, community events, retail activations, and fundraising initiatives. No extensive experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and professional development to help you succeed and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit clients at promotional events, retail locations, and community outreach campaigns.
Engage with the public and educate potential donors and supporters about nonprofit missions.
Build positive relationships while maintaining a professional brand image.
Assist with the setup and execution of fundraising events and marketing campaigns.
Work toward individual and team fundraising and campaign goals.
Track campaign activity and share feedback with management.

Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and campaign activities.

Qualifications

Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, or event experience is helpful but not required.
Availability for occasional evenings and weekends during events.
