Position: Plumbing Service Technician

Purpose:

To provide exceptional plumbing services, including maintenance, repairs, and installations, while ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to safety standards.

Expectations:

• Perform high-quality plumbing repairs and installations in residential and light commercial settings.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry advancements.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 24 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Clear a background check.
• Prior plumbing experience preferred.
• Apprentice or Journeyman plumbing license
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safety standards and plumbing codes.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.
