We are looking for someone who wants to run a business, not just manage a shift. Our Store Managers are responsible for the locations that they manage. You lead the team to achieve high customer service standards. You directly manage the shops labor and develop the stores employees. You don't do this alone! You have a District Manager supporting you.Â
If you are a leader, dedicated to working hard with a great attitude, then you can excel in our company. We don't care if you have zero mechanical experience. We love to invest in training for great leaders that want to succeed. The experience that means the most is leading a team!
