Dining Services Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Full Time Dining Coordinator to join our enthusiastic team at The Hearth at Drexel!

The Hearth at Drexel is a premier retirement community in Bala Cynwyd, PA.  We take pride in our dedicated team members who support and care for our residents.

Shift/Schedule Available:

• Full-Time 7:00am-7:00pm Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday and Sunday. 

Some job responsibilities include: 

• This position is responsible for customer service, preparing visually appealing plates, and proper service and plate sequencing to ensure an elegant dining experience. It also includes meal preparation and cleanup of dining room, kitchen, and pantry. 
• Responsible for ordering kitchen stock and food for household kitchen.
• Financially responsible to maintain proper inventory supply levels for the dining aspects of the household.
• Prepare, cook, and present daily meals or room trays in accordance with meal service standards and resident diets.
• Prepare meals in compliance with therapeutic diets and portion control.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of Dietary experience.
• Eligible for Serv Safe Certification.
