What We Offer:

• $19.00–$23.00 per hour
• $100 New Lease Commissions
• Property-Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 Quarterly Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Give engaging property tours and close leases
• Build relationships with prospects and residents
• Follow up on leads and turn opportunities into leases
• Help drive occupancy during our busy leasing season
• Deliver a polished, high-end customer experience
• Work with a team that takes pride in what they do

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience
• A motivated, outgoing self-starter who loves to win
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Professional, polished presence
• Multifamily experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person!
