Schedule: Noc Shift 10:00pm- 6:00am

Duties:
路 Ensures that the residents are provided with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident鈥檚 assessment and care plan
路 Assures that all staff complete required compliance training and processes
路 Responsible for serving as a mentor to new licensed nurses, providing orientation, assisting with training and making recommendations to nursing administration
路 Assists with new employee selection and hiring process
路 Evaluates the skills of New Licensed Nurses and makes recommendations to management regarding the state of a new employee's orientation program
路 Communicates new programs, interventions and new procedures with the Licensed Nurse Staff.

Qualifications:
路聽RN license is required
路 At least 2-year experience as a licensed nurse
