Position: Gastroenterologist Needed Near Merrillville, Indiana

 

Location:Merrillville, Indiana (1 hour from Chicago)

 

Healthcare United is actively searching for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join an established healthcare system located near Merrillville, Indiana, 1 hour drive from the vibrant city of Chicago. What to Expect:

- Performing all ERCPs and endoscopic ultrasound procedures.

- Availability of EGDs and colonoscopies, among other procedures.

- Dedicated GI lab time to support your work.

- A call rotation of 1:5, with GI fellows taking first call.

- Collaborative team support from hospitalist and general surgery.

- Hospital consultations are seen with GI fellows.



Requirements

- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.

- Expertise in performing ERCPs and endoscopic ultrasound procedures.

- Proficiency in a wide range of gastroenterological procedures.

- Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with the medical team.
