Key job responsibilities
• Development and deployment of a comprehensive launch security program and overarching program strategy
• Facilitate implementation of security strategy among project stakeholders across mission management, manufacturing, and launch providers
• Develop innovative and automated solutions for fast-evolving security risks in payload processing and launch provider facilities
• Partner with cross-functional security peers to develop and implement policies that meet the needs of Leo business teams
• Serve as the Lead Security liaison connecting business stakeholders with Supply Chain and IP Security services
• Develop and implement standards, policies, and procedures for Leo Security
• Manage contract security activities within the scope of this role
• Serve as the subject matter security expert to internal business stakeholders on IP protection, supply chain risk, go-to-market strategy, confidentiality, and satellite lifecycle security
• Maintain close coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders across all stages of the product and prototype lifecycle
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and inquiries under tight deadlines
• Manage budgets for all items within the scope of this role
• Travel to various sites to review and audit security infrastructure and support onsite security events and initiatives
• Respond to crisis, emergency, and disaster recovery issues that affect launch operations
• Support Business Continuity planning and process implementation for the mission management team and the Supply Chain and IP Security team
• Evaluate, analyze, and apply metrics to proactively inform programmatic needs and policy decisions
Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of program management, project management or product management experience
- Experience in one or more of the following domains: access- control system and methodology, network security, application- and system-development security, security architecture and models, cryptography, and operations security
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
- • Understanding and classification of IP, EAR, and ITAR or other export control frameworks
- • Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, or Engineering teams Preferred Qualifications: - Speak, write, and read fluently in French

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
