Line Cook - Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and high-energy individuals to join our kitchen team as Line Cooks. As a Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences by preparing high-quality food with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. Whether you're an experienced cook or just starting your culinary journey, we provide the training, support, and teamwork needed to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
As a Line Cook, you will:
- Learn and consistently execute kitchen recipes and food preparation standards.
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service.
- Maintain a smooth flow of food orders from the kitchen to our Guests.
- Communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and management regarding ticket times and kitchen operations.
- Complete assigned prep work and maintain stocked, organized workstations.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors.
- Support and assist fellow Team Members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and restaurant environment at all times.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

- Previous kitchen experience of 1+ year is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
