Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Description The ideal candidate will safely perform duties related to the safe operations of drills at a highly skilled level. Drilling quality primary and secondary blast holes, drilling to proper depth, and proper collaring of drill holes Identifying and reporting any mechanical issues on the drill and recognizing when bits are wearing and require replacement Conducts pre- and post-trip checks on equipment daily and maintains equipment in safe operating condition. Responsible for performing proper tramming techniques, such as, properly and safely move from one drill hole to the next, while operating on uneven grades. Perform other tasks as assigned Work Location: Arizona To be considered, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Pay will be dependent on experience. Job Requirements Previous drilling experience Knowledge of blasting operations procedures Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions Must be dependable and report to work on time Must be willing to travel to different locations within Phoenix and the surrounding areas Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground Diverse Workforce We reserve the right to modify or revise the job descriptions in part or in its entirety.
