Vita Aera is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Executive team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative, HR, accounting, and logistical functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Â Support payroll preparation, expense tracking, and basic accounting processesÂ
- Â Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation complianceÂ
- Â Manage office and operational supply procurementÂ
- Â Serve as a point of contact for vendors and incoming communicationsÂ
- Â Assist with executive scheduling, travel arrangements, and reportingÂ
- Â Provide day-to-day operational support to leadershipÂ
Qualifications:
-  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fieldÂ
-  2–5 years of experience in administrative, HR, or accounting rolesÂ
- Â Experience with payroll processing and recruitmentÂ
- Â Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/HR systems (QuickBooks or similar)Â
- Â Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferredÂ
