This role focuses on expanding the company’s market presence, developing long-term relationships with aggregate producers, cement companies, and industrial mineral operators while driving revenue growth through strategic pursuit of mining contracts and services.  Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the regional business development strategy, identifying and pursuing stripping, mining, and crushing opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with quarry owners, mine operators, executives, and industry partners. Lead pricing strategy, bid and proposal development (RFPs/RFQs), and contract negotiations in alignment with company objectives. Collaborate closely with operations, estimating, and project management to ensure accurate scopes, competitive solutions, and execution feasibility. Track sales pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and maintain competitive market intelligence using Salesforce. Represent Rango Inc. at client sites, industry events, conferences, and MSHA meetings in a professional manner that reflects the company’s values, safety standards, and reputation as a trusted industry partner.  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Mining, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of business development, sales, or commercial experience within mining, aggregates, or heavy civil construction/industrial services. Proven ability selling contract mining or related services, building long-term client relationships and closing complex contracts Strong understanding of quarry operations, mining operations, contracting models, production metrics, cost drivers and project lifecycles Knowledge of MSHA regulations and mining safety standards Ability to travel 50 – 75% as needed, primarily within AZ and NV and occasionally to surrounding states, to mine sites and client locations as required Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills  Key Competencies Strategic thinking and market analysis Relationship management Proposal and contract negotiation Financial and commercial acumen Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability  Work Environment Combination of office-based work, travel, and on-site mine visits Fast-paced, results-oriented environment aligned with production-driven operations Qualifications
