Are you the person others count on to solve problems, tackle the details, and get the job done? Concord is looking for a skilled and dependable Field Support professional to help our project teams complete punch-list, warranty, repair, and general construction work across multiple jobsites.


This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well independently, and is willing to step in wherever needed. From adjusting doors and patching drywall to installing signage and completing finish carpentry, no two days will look exactly the same.


What You’ll Do


  • Complete punch-list and warranty work, including minor carpentry, drywall patching, painting, flooring repairs, door and hardware adjustments, and ceiling tile replacement.
  • Perform miscellaneous construction and installation work, including backing, FRP panels, signage, wall finishes, base materials, and other building components.
  • Inspect completed work, identify defects, and make corrections to meet Concord’s quality standards and client expectations.
  • Track daily work, materials used, and outstanding items.
  • Support Superintendents with jobsite tasks, safety concerns, and other project needs.
  • Maintain clean and organized jobsites, project trailers, work areas, and company equipment.
  • Pick up, deliver, and organize tools and materials.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools while following all company and jobsite safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


What You’ll Bring


  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Two years of commercial construction, carpentry, building maintenance, or related experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, doors, hardware, and general construction tasks.
  • Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools and provide a basic set of hand tools.
  • Ability to read basic construction drawings, take accurate measurements, and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to obtain required background clearances and certifications, including an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on active construction sites, uneven terrain, and in varying weather conditions.
