THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a full-time Client Care Coordinator to support our Logistics team in delivering exceptional service to clients around the world. In this role, you'll coordinate pickups, partner with clients and internal teams, and help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You'll also have opportunities to assist with special logistics projects as business needs evolve.


  • Schedule:Β Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: $50,000 - $54,000 Yearly (DOE)
  • Reports to: Client Experience Manager
  • Location: Mesa, AZ | In-Office

Experience in logistics, scheduling, transportation, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but just as important is your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are exactly alike.


KEY SKILLS:

  • Organization & Multitasking – Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate schedules, and keep projects moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client Service & Communication – Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to providing an exceptional client experience.
  • Logistics Coordination – Experience coordinating pickups, shipments, transportation, or other scheduling-related activities while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Problem-Solving – Proactively identify issues, adapt to changing priorities, and resolve challenges quickly while maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Attention to Detail – Maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and ensure logistics information is complete and reliable.
  • Technology & Collaboration – Comfortable learning new software, managing shared communication platforms, and collaborating effectively across teams, clients, and vendors.


THE DAY TO DAY:

  • Coordinate and schedule client pickups, ensuring all logistics are planned accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by responding to inquiries via phone, email, tickets, and the ER2 Portal.
  • Monitor pickup status, communicate updates, and proactively resolve scheduling issues, delays, or changes.
  • Partner with drivers, vendors, account managers, and operations teams to ensure successful pickups and deliveries.
  • Coordinate freight shipments and transportation requests, ensuring shipments are properly arranged and delivered on time.
  • Manage shared communication channels, including inboxes, voicemail, and support tickets, responding promptly to client requests.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating internal systems with pickup details, client information, transportation costs, and other logistics data.
  • Ensure logistics activities comply with company policies and applicable transportation and environmental regulations.
  • Support cross-functional logistics initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.


THE VITALS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, scheduling, transportation, client service, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn new software and internal systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating projects, schedules, shipments, or service requests is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management, reverse logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred, but not required.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work in an office environment, with occasional visits to warehouse or client locations.
  • Ability to remain stationary or move throughout the office for extended periods.
  • Ability to frequently use a computer, keyboard, and phone throughout the workday.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.


OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policy and client requirements.
