Comfort Experts is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering high-level service across a wide range of commercial environments and are looking for a technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Pay

$25 – $50 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Work across a variety of commercial environments (retail, office, industrial, critical systems, etc.)
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, and customers
Maintain clean job sites and organized service vehicles

Requirements

Minimum 2 Years doing Commercial HVAC service
Must have experience working on: Water Source Heat Pump systems, Equipment up to 40 tons, and Chiller system knowledge is a plus (not required, but strongly preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work in both critical and non-critical environments
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Available for on-call rotation
Willing to be on after-hours standby as needed
Reliable and able to work independently
