Serenity is hiring Customer Experience Coaches to guide individuals through structured sessions designed to help them build positive habits, stay motivated, and make progress toward personal goals.Â
This role is ideal for people with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, education, or caregiving who enjoy connecting with others and creating supportive, encouraging environments.Â
 No specialized industry experience required. We provide full paid training so you feel confident in the role.Â

About the RoleÂ
As a Customer Experience Coach, you’ll work directly with individuals throughout their scheduled sessions, helping them stay engaged and supported while participating in a structured program.Â
You’ll serve as a consistent and positive presence while ensuring each person’s experience is welcoming, organized, and encouraging.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessionsÂ
- Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided)Â
- Encourage participants through positive practices such as journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness exercisesÂ
- Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team membersÂ
- Ensure each participant’s experience is professional, supportive, and respectfulÂ
- Follow established processes and standards to maintain a consistent experienceÂ

RequirementsÂ
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industryÂ
- CHar and professional verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathyÂ
- Reliable, punctual, and open to feedbackÂ
- Authorized to work in the United StatesÂ
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningÂ
