About the Role:
Honest Services LLC, is looking for a motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! In this fast-paced role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled field technicians across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians to residential and commercial service calls
- Manage and prioritize incoming service requests via phone, email, and dispatch software
- Coordinate technician routes and optimize scheduling for maximum efficiency
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and field crews, providing timely updates
- Monitor job progress and ensure on-time arrival and completion of service calls
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, technician availability, and job statuses
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency
Requirements:
- Previous dispatching experience in a trades, home services, or field service environment preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service operations is a strong plus
- Proficiency with dispatch or scheduling software (Housecall Pro, or similar)
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills in a high-volume environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications a bonus
