Fleet Manager

Full-Time | Field Leadership 

We’re hiring an experienced Fleet & Safety Manager 

 

What You’ll Do

  • • Manage daily fleet operations including scheduling, inspections, and vehicle tracking
    • Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and service schedules for company vehicles and equipment
    • Monitor fuel usage, vehicle performance, and operational costs
    • Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies
    • Conduct safety training and driver orientation programs
    • Investigate accidents, incidents, and safety concerns while implementing corrective actions
    • Maintain records for inspections, insurance, licenses, registrations, and maintenance logs
    • Develop and enforce fleet safety procedures and workplace safety programs
    • Coordinate with vendors, mechanics, and management teams
    • Perform regular safety audits and vehicle inspections

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of irrigation experience, including leadership or crew management
  • Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, troubleshooting, and water management practices
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to manage multiple crews, priorities, and schedules
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skill
  • Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs as needed
