• Source and convert warm leads into new business — no cold calling required
• Focus 90% of your time on new customer acquisition
• Serve and grow our expanding Spanish-speaking client base
• Provide initial customer service and support for your book of business through the first renewal
• Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and value
• Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing coaching, in-office

• Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Mesa, AZ
• Sales experience required
• Must already hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license and an active Life & Health insurance license
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Spanish proficiency is a plus

Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000-$120,000 per year
• 401(k) with company match
• Health insurance stipend up to $300/month
