How You Contribute to The Team

The Winding Machine Operator is responsible for various tasks in the manufacturing of garage door springs according to customer and product specifications. 

• Set-up and operate winding machines.
• Perform changeovers and ensure proper tooling is used.
• Perform quality checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed.

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in using hand and measurement tools.
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Dependability and a willingness to learn.
• This position will frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Team members are paid weekly. The target hourly pay rate is $21.50 depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other factors. A shift premium may be available depending upon shift and location. Our competitive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, short-term/long-term disability insurance plans, 401(k) with employer match, tuition assistance, paid time off and paid holidays.
