Patient Care Specialist (Full-Time)

Phusion Wellness is a pain management and wellness care clinic. We are looking for a Patient Care Specialist to join our team! You will be the first face our patients see representing our company, therefore, it's important you are professional and friendly towards patients and visitors.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proficient with computers (Word, Excell, downloading and converting PDF's)
• Excellent communication skills

• Organized

• Happy and positive personality

• Ability to multi-task

• Comfortable interacting with different personality types

• Manage phones and schedule appointments

• Process payments

• Electronically send medications

• Submit insurance prior authorizations

• Self-starter and a quick learner

• Good work ethic

Phusion Wellness requires you to bring your personal laptop and cell phone and will provide a technology stipend to each paycheck.

We are looking to hire immediately! Work hours:

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Arizona time (with 30-minute lunches)

Friday: 7:30 am – 11:30 am Arizona time

Pay: $17-$20/hr DOE

Bonus: Paid time off and paid major holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
